Team Building & Problem Solving

Increasing ownership and collaboration among team members can be challenging.  The objective of team building is to increase understanding of differences within the team and establish group goals that move the team in the same direction.

Youth iChoose Workshop (a John Maxwell program).  These students were from our community center.  They committed 16 hours to complete this leadership program.

Meet Your Trainer

Roslynde Stoffel, also known as Rosie has been in a leadership and administrative role since 2000.  Her background includes heavy experience in non-profit administration and leadership.  One of her greatest achievements is the opening of a successful state-licensed childcare center that still serves the community today. 

Rosie's education includes a Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership, and is currently working towards a Master's in Industrial / Organizational Psychology.  She also holds a Business Communication and Negotiation Certificate and is a John Maxwell Team member (coaching, speaking, & training).

She has also served as the business administrator for a local church that held three other corporations.  Her experience has created expertise in problem-solving, process management, childcare management, and organizational skills.

Her passion is to see individuals become successful in their goals and overall health so that they become the best version of themselves to be active team members who will push for organizational success.
